Call to Order Chair Larson called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. Present 7 - Board Member Braden Hellewell, Board Member Laurel Eller, Board Member Melinda Larson, Board Member Theresa Wilson, Board Member Stephanie Levi, Board Member Kayla Burby, and Board Member Sarai Thomas 2. Approval of Minutes Min 23-235 Minutes of August 22, 2023 Chair Larson made a motion to approve the minutes of August 22, 2023 meeting. Board member Thomas seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. 3. Monthly Treasurer's Report Board member Wilson provided a Treasurer's Report. 4. Subcommittee Reports: A. Nonprofit Grants i. Review updated program recommendations The subcommittee shared the updates to the nonprofit grant program. The Board discussed. Board member Hellewell joined the meeting. B. Scholarship Program Not discussed. C. Golf Tournament Board member Eller provided an update and feedback on the 2023 Tournament.
