Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. A motion was made my Commissioner Allen-Thomas, seconded by Vice Chair Frank, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 11 - Aye, 1 - Excused (Tedesco) Present: 11 - Commissioner Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Nicole Frank, Oscar Madera, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Jose Guardiola, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes, Robyn Smith, Alex Fairfield and Ramona Lewis Excused: 1 - Charles "Chaz" Tedesco 2. Resolutions Res URA RESOLUTION APPROVING A SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED 2020-04 PHASED REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND FIFTH AMENDMENT TO THE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR THE FORMER MILE HIGH GREYHOUND PARK AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTIONS FOR THE SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE FORMER MILE HIGH GREYHOUND PARK City Attorney Robert Sheesley and Caitlin Quander, Legal Counsel to the URA, presented the resolution to the board. Mr. Sheesley and Ms. Quander provided an overview of the fifth amendment to the purchase and sale agreement, assignments of the developer obligations, and the authorizations in the resolution related to deeds, escrow and other related agreements, and the affordable housing loan documents. A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, that this resolution be approved.
