Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 9 - Aye, 4 - Excused (Buche, Fairfield, Lewis, Tedesco) Present: 8 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Oscar Madera, Sean Ford , Susan Noble, Kristi Douglas, Craig Hurst and Rick Davis Excused: 4 - Alex Fairfield, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco, Ramona Lewis and Peter Buche Times given are estimates only 2. Executive Session An Executive Session for the Purpose of Receiving Advice from Legal Counsel on Specific Legal Questions Under C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(B), as Covered by Attorney-Client Privilege, Specifically Concerning the Intergovernmental Agreement for Property Tax Increment Revenue Sharing with Adams 14 School District A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, to enter into an executive session for the Purpose of Receiving Advice from Legal Counsel on Specific Legal Questions Under C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(B), as Covered by Attorney-Client Privilege, Specifically Concerning the Intergovernmental Agreement for Property Tax Increment Revenue Sharing with Adams 14 School District. Administrative Business Administrative URA Business to consider authorizing commencement of mediation with Adams 14 School District for an Intergovernmental Agreement for Property Tax Increment Revenue Sharing A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, to continue negotiations with Adams 14 School District and move to mediation if a resolution is not reached by June 30. VOTE: Aye: 9- Chair Huseman, Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, Commissioner Madera, Commissioner Ford, Commissioner Noble, Commissioner Douglas, Commissioner Hurst, Grimes and Commissioner Davis Excused: 4- Commissioner Fairfield, Commissioner Tedesco, Commissioner Lewis and Commissioner Buche 4.
