Call To Order A special meeting of the Commerce City Urban Renewal Authority was called to order by Chair Huseman on October 10, 2022, at 8:10 PM. A motion was made by Council Member Ford, seconded by Council Member Madera, to excuse those members not present. VOTE: 8 - Aye, 2 - Excused (Buche, Hurst) Present: 8 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Oscar Madera, Sean Ford , Susan Noble, Kristi Douglas, Rick Davis and Charles "Chaz" Tedesco Excused: 2 - Craig Hurst and Peter Buche 2. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. Executive Session An Executive Session pursuant C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to discuss negotiations related to Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and potential TIF assignments to facilitate the redevelopment of the Sand Creek Landfill located within the Sand Creek Business Area Urban Renewal Boundary generally located at the intersection of Ivy Street and E 48th Ave. A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Noble, to enter into an Executive Session pursuant C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to discuss negotiations related to Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and potential TIF assignments to facilitate the redevelopment of the Sand Creek Landfill located within the Sand Creek Business Area Urban Renewal Boundary generally located at the intersection of Ivy Street and E 48th Ave. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 5.
