Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 6:43 p.m. Present 8 - Commissioner Brianna Talmadge, Commissioner Diana Munoz, Commissioner Harnoor Hundal, Commissioner Jasnoor Kaur, Commissioner Jordan Robinette, Commissioner Kyle Pham, Commissioner René Bullock, and Commissioner Stephani Struwe Excused 5 - Commissioner Emmanuel Zamora Galarza, Commissioner Jazmin Bueno, Council Regular Jose Guardiola, Commissioner Michael Kelley, and Council Regular Nicole Frank Absent 5 - Commissioner Andrea Jimenez, Commissioner Carlos Rojas, Commissioner Jahaira Bueno-Rodriguez, Commissioner Jesus Vidana, and Commissioner Michael Arvizu 2. Ice Breaker Staff liaison facilitated the ice breaker for the week's meeting. 3. Approval of Minutes There was not a quorum. No action was taken. Minutes 04/18/2019 Attachments: Minutes 4. Regular Business Commissioners will get together Friday, May 24 5-8 p.m. to decorate trailer for the Memorial Day Parade. Commissioners that were absent last meeting were signed up to a conference committee. Recommendations for workshop topics will be due June 6. Final decision making of workshop topics offered at the conference will be June 20. Neighborhood Outreach, June 13 at Fronterra Park, Jordan and Stephani will lead. 5. New Business None 6.
