Call To Order/Roll Call Present: Councilmember Nicole Frank, Councilmember José Guardiola, Isabela Velasco-Zubia, Jasnoor Kaur, Kyle Pham, Rene Bullock, Stephani Struwe Absent: Carlos Rojas-unexcused, Diana Munoz- unexcused, Jahaira Bueno-Rodriguez- unexcused, Jesus Vidana- excused, Jose Rodriguez- excused, Michael Kelley- unexcused Kyra Ann Dixon, La Crea Dixon, Morgan Smith 2. Challenge Question Ways to reduce and/or be proactive about violence in Commerce City. 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes 09/03/2020 Attachments: Minutes No quorum, meeting minutes will be postponed for next regular meeting. 4. New Business Retreat agenda will be based off of last year's. In order to allow incoming members to sit-in, meetings will move from the first and third Thursday of the month to the third and five (10/15 & 10/29). Councilman Guardiola will facilitate icebreaker. Elections will be conducted 10/29 to allow commissioners to have initial discussion on 10/15. 5. Other None 6. Announcements None 7.
