Present 12 - Commissioner Aliyah Acevedo, Commissioner Desiree Kennison, Council member Douglas, Commissioner Megan Pham, Commissioner Travis Watkins, Commissioner Elizabeth Martinez-Atayde, Commissioner Serrianna Safieh, Commissioner Eduardo Quintana, Commissioner Adam Day, Commissioner April Acevedo, Commissioner Christopher Suazo, Commissioner Robert Grandinetti Absent 7 – Commissioner Olivia Cordero, Commissioner Christina Wickersheim, Commissioner Cobe Koonce, Commissioner Paia Martinez, Council member Kim, Commissioner Manuel Guardiola-Rodriguez, Commissioner Alejandra Guardiola 2. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Pham made a motion to approve the minutes of Jan. 18, 2024 meeting. Commissioner Grandinetti seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. New Business A. Youth Commission Meetings B. Monthly Budget Update Commissioner Martinez-Atayde made a motion to change the by-laws to reflect the new Youth Commission meeting schedule in which the whole group meets on the first Thursday and subcommittees will meet on the third Thursday of each month. Kickstart to Adulthood Conference - Need to select venue - Need to select potential dates - Need to decide on application process - Open to 8th-12th grade - 100 students max Kickstart to Adulthood Conference – Youth Commission discussed the conference. 7.
