Consider Resolution #R23-12-21, making appropriations from the Opioid Settlement Funds to non-profit and government funded  organizations involved in the prevention and treatment of opioid addiction benefitting the City of Cookeville, Tennessee for the fiscal years 2023 and 2024. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement and purchase property on Lee Avenue, identified as a portion of Map 040G, Group C, Parcel 001.07, from Soard Rental Partnership, in relation to the Tennessee Tech Pump Station Replacement Project and construction of the Tennessee Tech Equalization Basin – Water Quality Control Department.
