Code, pertaining To Erosion Control, Stormwater Management &
Riparian Buffer Zones – Public Works Department.

C. Consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O24-06-19,
replacing Title 13, Chapter 1, Section 13-107, Tree Ordinance of the
Cookeville Municipal Code – Public Works Department.

A. Consider awarding bid and approve purchase of vehicle emergency
response equipment – Police Department.
B. Set a date for a public hearing on Ordinance #O24-08-20, amending
the Cookeville Municipal Code Title 8, Alcoholic Beverages, by inserting
a new Chapter 5, to be entitled Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on
Public Properties and Public Streets.
7. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consider Resolution #R24-07-16, to increase the fee in lieu of

B. Consider authorizing the City Manager to exercise purchase option
agreements and proceed with the purchase of properties at 1806 N
Washington Ave. (Map 40F, Group H, Parcel 31.02) and 1816 N
Washington Ave. (Map 40F, Group H, Parcel 31).

C. Consider approval to purchase one (1) Cat 305 Mini-Ex Trackhoe
w/Cat H65S Hydraulic Hammer and equipment trailer utilizing the
Statewide Bid Contract #225, Contract ID#72878 – Water Quality

D. Consider awarding bid for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)
components and water meters – Water Quality Control Department.

I. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an Architectural
Agreement with AEI for construction of an expansion of the Energy
Department Facility located on W Davis Road – Energy Department.

J. Consider Resolution #R24-07-17, authorizing the submittal of a
multimodal access grant application to the Tennessee Department of
Transportation for the purpose of installing sidewalks along State
Route 24 (East Spring Street), committing the City to the local funding
match, and acknowledging responsibility for future
