B. Set a date (9-5-24) for a public hearing on Ordinance #O24-08-22, amendments to the Zoning Code relative to defining Truck Stops, Automobile and Truck Fuel Centers, and Gasoline and Motor Fuel – Retail, and to allow Automobile and Truck Fuel Centers in the CI, “Commercial-Industrial Mixed Use” Zoning District as a use permitted by right. Consider approval to authorize the City Manager to execute a Temporary Access Agreement with Cracker Barrel for construction of the Gateway Monument Sign at South Jefferson Avenue and Interstate 40. Consider authorizing the City Manager to sign an agreement with Kimley-Horn for the final design and bid specifications for the Cane Creek Park Expansion Project – Leisure Services. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O24- 08-20, amending the Cookeville Municipal Code Title 8, Alcoholic Beverages, by inserting a new Chapter 5, to be entitled Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on Public Properties and Public Streets.
