A. Consider declaring as surplus (1) Ford Explorer – Animal Shelter.
B. Consider approval of pricing adjustment on transformer bid approved by the
City Council on 7/6/2023 – Energy Department/Electric Division.
C. Consider awarding bid for (3) substation switches – Energy
Department/Electric Division.
D. Consider awarding bid for (2) 300 KVA pad transformers – Energy
Department/Electric Division.
E. Consider awarding bid for (2) 45 KVA pad transformers – Energy
Department/Electric Division.
F. Consider approval for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) base station –
Energy Department.
7. NEW BUSINESS
A. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O25-05-04,
amending the fiscal year 2025 budget for the City of Cookeville, Tennessee.

B. Consider awarding bid for 2025 Interstate Drive Water Line Replacement
Project – Water Quality Control Department. SPONSOR – BARRY TURNER
C. Consider approval of a change order to the construction contract with HD
Commercial for the CPAC/Dogwood Park improvement project for the repair of
an existing retaining wall – Leisure Services Department.

D. Consider awarding bid for Cane Creek Park splashpad and pickleball site
improvements and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement
with FTM Contracting – Leisure Services Department.

E. Consider approval of a change order to the construction contract with
Steelhead Building Group to replace rock, and repair and stabilize the pad on
which the pickleball courts are being constructed –

F. Consider authorizing the City Manager to take all necessary steps for
enforcement of Article IX of the Declaration of Protective Covenants and
Restrictive Covenants Running With Land Applicable to Highlands Business
Park to repurchase land sold in the Business Park, and to seek partial
reimbursement from Putnam County with respect to any purchase effectuated
