A. Consider approval of minutes of council meeting held on May 1, 2025.
B. Hold a public hearing and consider on second and final reading Ordinance
#O25-05-04, amending the fiscal year 2025 budget for the City of
Cookeville, Tennessee. SPONSOR – BRENDA IMEL

7. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consider adopting Resolution #R25-05-07, approving the issuance of tax-
exempt revenue bonds or other tax-exempt debt by the Health and
Educational Facilities Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville
and Davidson County, Tennessee for the benefit of Vanderbilt University
Medical Center. SPONSOR – JAMES MILLS
B. Consider approval of contract to purchase from HCA Health Services of
Tennessee, Inc. approximately 5.07 acres of property located on Depot
Street, South Cedar and South Oak Avenues and authorize the City
Manager to proceed with the purchase. SPONSOR – JAMES MILLS
C. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O25-05-
05, amending the fiscal year 2025 budget for the City of Cookeville,
Tennessee. SPONSOR – JENNI NISEWANDER
D. Consider awarding bid for Phase II of the East Spring Street Multimodal
Sidewalk Project (PIN 122002.02). SPONSOR – JON WARD
E. Consider approval and authorize the City Manager to execute an
agreement for Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services with
HMB Professional Engineers for Phase II of the East Spring Street
Multimodal Sidewalk Project (PIN 122002.02). SPONSOR – JON WARD
F. Consider authorizing CRMC to borrow funds, not to exceed $13,000,000,
to support the development and construction of a new inpatient
rehabilitation hospital on the CRMC campus. SPONSOR – CRMC
G. Consider approval of the joint ownership arrangement between CRMC and
Encompass Health as it pertains to the new inpatient rehabilitation
hospital on the CRMC campus. SPONSOR – CRMC
