Consider adopting Resolution #R25-05-07, approving the issuance of tax- exempt revenue bonds or other tax-exempt debt by the Health and Educational Facilities Board of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee for the benefit of Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Consider approval of contract to purchase from HCA Health Services of Tennessee, Inc. approximately 5.07 acres of property located on Depot Street, South Cedar and South Oak Avenues and authorize the City Manager to proceed with the purchase. Consider approval and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services with HMB Professional Engineers for Phase II of the East Spring Street Multimodal Sidewalk Project (PIN 122002.02). SPONSOR – JON WARD F. Consider authorizing CRMC to borrow funds, not to exceed $13,000,000, to support the development and construction of a new inpatient rehabilitation hospital on the CRMC campus.
