CONSENT AGENDA A. Consider declaring as surplus vehicles and equipment – Water Quality Control Department. B. Set a date (7-3-25) for a public hearing on Ordinance #O25-06-10, amendment to the Zoning Code for drive-thru restaurants as a use permitted upon appeal (special exemption) within the CN “Neighborhood Commercial” District.
