Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O25- 06-10, amendment to the Zoning Code for drive-thru restaurants as a use permitted upon appeal (special exception) within the CN “Neighborhood Commercial” District. Consider approval of Change Order increasing the not to exceed the amount for the professional services contract for Phase II - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with AXON for auto-tagging licenses related to the in-car/body worn camera system and authorize year (1) payment – Police Department.
