Parkway Boulevard. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order President Hussain called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Members Present: Majid Hussain, Thomas Dwyer, Cliff Long, Wes Mays, Virtual: Mahbuba Khan, Richard Rewerts Staff Present: Cecilia Gandara, Jessica Carpenter, Guy McLain, John Elias Boardmember Mahbuba Khan, Boardmember Cliff Long, Boardmember Wes Mays, Boardmember Wes Mays, President Majid Husain, Vice President Thomas Dwyer, Boardmember Richard Rewerts, and Boardmember Aaron Straach 2. Citizens' Forum City of Coppell, Texas Page 1 Coppell Recreation Development Minutes November 15, 2021 Corporation President Hussain advised that no one signed up to speak. 3. Approval of Minutes: May 17, 2021 Due to entry error, the board will be approving the June 14, 2021 minutes. A motion was made by Boardmember Meys, seconded by Boardmember Dwyer, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. Financial Update Kim Tiehen, Assistant Director of Finance, gave an update of the current financial state of the CRDC. Ms. Tiehen also provided and update on future financial projects in relations to sales tax impacts. 5. Consider approval of funding The Duck Pond Park Renovation Project Budget, not to exceed the amount of $810,500. A motion was made by Boardmember Long, seconded by Vice President Dwyer, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by an unanimous vote.
