Parkway Boulevard. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Boardmenber Guignon called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Members present: Ed Guignon (Virtual), Nick Paschal, Margaret Bryan, Mary Arnold, Maureen Corcoran, Zainab Tinwala, Jeff Roller, Chaitnya Jayanti, Sidarth Shenoy, Rhythm Khandelwal Staff Present: Jessica Carpenter, Cecilia Gandara, Sheri Belmont, David Ellison, Vanessa Contreras City of Coppell, Texas Page 1 Parks and Recreation Board Minutes February 7, 2022 2. Introductions and Election of officers Boardmembers and Parks and Recreation Department staff introduced themselves. Boardmember Corcoran motioned to nominate Boardmember Guignon as Chair and Boardmember Paschal as Vice Chair. Boardmember Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed with an unanimous vote. 3. Citizens' Forum Mike Hall, 619 Canemount Lane, expressed his appreciation in regards to the Magnolia Park Trail Project. 4. Consider approval of minutes: November 1, 2021 A motion was made by Boardmember Corcoran, seconded by Vice Chair Paschal, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. 5. Presentation in remembrance of Earl Rogers, Parks and Recreation Board Member Director Jessica Carpenter presented the presentation. Boardmembers expressed their kind words for Boardmember Rogers. 6. Park Board Sharepoint site rollout. Cecilia Gandara, Administrative Services Manager, demonstrated the Sharepoint site rollout. 7. Youth Advisor's Report Youth Advisor Khandelwal expressed her interest and the need for teen activities in the parks. 8. Director’s Report Director Jessica Carpenter gave her update. 9.
