Parkway Boulevard. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Chair Guignon called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm. Citizens' Forum Chair Guignon advised that no one signed up to speak. 3. Approval of Minutes: February 7, 2022 A motion was made by Boardmember Corcoran, seconded by Boardmember Bryan, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. 4. Discussion regarding the Project Priority List The Board reviewed the item on the draft priority list. Item will be brought back next month for further discussions. 5. Discussion regarding draft policy for memorials and monuments on city property. The Board reviewed and revised the draft policy for memorials and monuments on city property. 6. Youth Advisor's Report Youth Advisors Rythm Khandelwal and Sidarth Shenoy expressed their interest for teen activities in the parks, more promotion of events on social platforms, volunteer opportunities for teens. 7. Director’s Report Jessica Carpenter gave her report on current and upcoming activities. 8. Chair Report A. Future Agenda Items Nothing to report.
