Parkway Boulevard. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Boardmember Dwyer called the meeting to order at 6:36 pm. Members Present: Thomas Dwyer, Cliff Long, Mahbuba Khan, Richard Rewerts Staff Present: Cecilia Gandara, Adam Richter, Sheri Belmont 2. Citizens' Forum Boardmember Dwyer advised that no one signed up to speak. 3. Election of Officers Boardmember Long motioned to nominate Boardmember Dwyer as President, Boardmember Khan second the motion. Motion carried by a unanimous vote. Boardmember Dwyer motioned to nominate Aaron Straach as Vice-President, City of Coppell, Texas Page 1 Coppell Recreation Development Minutes March 21, 2022 Corporation Boardmember Khan second the motion. Motion carried by a unanimous vote. 4. Consider approval of minutes: November 15, 2021 A motion was made by Boardmember Rewerts, seconded by Boardmember Khan, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. 5. Consider approval of a professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, for Engineering & Design Services for renovations to The Duck Pond Park, not to exceed the amount of $85,500.00, as provided for in the CRDC Fund Balance; and authorizing the City Manager to sign any necessary documents. A motion was made by Boardmember Rewerts, seconded by Boardmember Long, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. Adjournment There being no further business to come before the CRDC, the meeting was adjourned at 6:51 pm.
