Parkway Boulevard. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Chair Guignon called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm. Citizens' Forum Chair Guignon advised that no one signed up to speak. 3. Consider approval of minutes: March 7, 2022 A motion was made by Boardmember Corcoran, seconded by Vice Chair Paschal, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by the following an unanimous vote. 4. Discussion regarding the 2022 Project Priority List. Jessica Carpenter ,Director of Parks and Recreation, gave a presentation in regards to the 2022 Project Priority List. The Board discussed making changes to the current list and will make the final approval at the May meeting. 5. Youth Advisor's Report Youth Advisors Sidarth Shenoy and Rythm Khandelwal expressed their interest on future projects and events. 6. Director’s Report Director Jessica Carpenter reported on current and upcoming events and projects in the Parks and Recreation Department. 7. Chair Report A. Future Agenda Items Nothing to report. Adjournment There being no further business to come before the Parks and Recreation Board, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm.
