Parkway Boulevard to tour the Coppell Parks. A quorum of the Parks and Recreation Board members may or may not be present. No action or deliberation of the Board will be taken at this meeting. 1. Tour of the Coppell Parks The Board will travel from Town Center at 5:30 pm to tour the Coppell Parks. The public is welcomed to follow in their own vehicles. 2.
