Parkway Boulevard. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order President Dwyer called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Members present: Thomas Dwyer, Cliff Long, Mahbuba Khan (virtual), Wes Mays, Majid Hussain, Richard Rewerts Staff Present: Jessica Carpenter, Adam Richter, Sheri Belmont, Cecilia Gandara 2. Citizens' Forum President Dwyer advised that no one signed up to speak. 3. Consider approval of minutes: March 21, 2022 A motion was made by Boardmember Mays, seconded by Boardmember City of Coppell, Texas Page 1 Coppell Recreation Development Minutes July 18, 2022 Corporation Husain, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Boardmember Mahbuba Khan, Boardmember Cliff Long, Boardmember Wes Mays, President Thomas Dwyer, Boardmember Richard Rewerts, and Boardmember Majid Husain 4. Consider approval of recommending the 2022-2023 Coppell Recreation Development Corporation Annual Work Program and the 2022-2023 Corporate Budget to City Council and request a 60-day public review period of the proposed Work Program. Director of Finance Kim Tiehen and Budget Officer Tamara Smith updated the board with the financial status of the CRDC funds. A motion was made by Boardmember Mays, seconded by Boardmember Husain, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Discussion regarding remaining 2022 Board meetings Director Jessica Carpenter informed the board of upcoming meetings for the board. 6. Adjournment There being no further business to come before the CRDC, the meeting was adjourned at 7:05 pm.
