Parkway Boulevard. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Chair Guignon called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm. Citizens' Forum Jessie Stansberry, 804 S. Coppell Road, expressed their interest for the City to add a Gaga Ball court at Old Town. 3. Annual update by the Coppell Youth Soccer Association Angela Lancaster, President of the Coppell Youth Soccer Association, gave a presentation in regards to current and up coming activities within CYSA. 4. Consider approval of minutes: May 2, 2022 A motion was made by Boardmember Corcoran, seconded by Vice Chair Paschal, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. 5. Consider approval of canceling the July Park Board Meeting. A motion was made by Boardmember Corcoran, seconded by Vice Chair Paschal, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by an unanimous vote. 6. Discussion regarding the Six Questions Exercise Jessica Carpenter, Director of Parks and Recreation, informed the Board of the Six Questions Process. 7. Manager's Report - Tiffany Anderson, Community Engagement Manager Tiffany Anderson, along with Marissa Olivas, Presleigh Williams, and Sunday Thompson gave a presentation regarding the Community Engagement division's roles and events. 8. Youth Advisor's Report Youth Advisors Rhythm Khandelwal and Sidarth Shenoy expressed their interest for future Parks and Recreation events. 9. Director’s Report Jessica Carpenter, Director of Parks and Recreation, reported on current projects and upcoming events. 10. Chair Report A. Future Agenda Items No items at this time.
