RESOLUTIONS A.-1. 15-4234 Update, presentation, and discussion on the design details for the Miracle Mile and Giralda Avenue Streetscape project. A.-2. 15-4232 A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Coral Gables, Florida, relating to the provision of the Miracle Mile improvement project and Giralda Avenue improvement project; amending Resolution Numbers 2014-169 and 2014-171, relating to the collection of the assessments imposed in the Miracle Mile assessment area and Giralda Avenue assessment area; and providing for an effective date. A.-3. 15-4233 A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to begin negotiations with Ric -Man International, Inc. for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the construction of the Miracle Mile and Giralda Avenue Streetscape project. B. DISCUSSION ITEMS This time is for informal discussion among the City Commissioners, the City Manager and the City Attorney ADJOURNMENT NOTE Any person who acts as a lobbyist pursuant to the City of Coral Gables Ordinance No . 2006-11, must register with the City Clerk, prior to engaging in lobbying activities before city staff, boards, committees and/or the City Commission. Any person making impertinent or slanderous remarks or who become boisterous while addressing the Commission, shall be barred from further audience before the Commission by the Chair, unless permission to continue or again address the Commission is granted by the majority vote of the Commission Members present . Clapping, applauding, heckling or verbal outbursts or any remarks in support or opposition to a speaker shall be prohibited. Signs or placards shall not be permitted in Commission Chambers.
