Absent: Boucher and Wells. Item 3: Approval of March 16, 2015 Minutes. Nicola: Motion to approve. Kundson: 2nd Motion Motion carried: 3-0 Item 4: Election of Co-chair. Postponed until all members are present. Item 5: Public Hearing by Fount Plaza, LLC is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-up facility as required by section 165.28.4A of the City’s Code of Ordinance. This property is located at 2441 James Street. Public Hearing open: Jim Kessler explains this is a new development west of I-Hop that is requesting a drive-up facility. The City looks at concerns such as the business applying for the conditional use permit, vehicle stacking, and traffic flow at the site. Public Hearing closed: Members briefly discuss the site and decide to table the request until having more information and the applicant can be present for questions and discussion. a) Consider approval of the Conditional Use Permit.
