Colorado Opportunity Now - Jessica Thurman - up to phase two iii. 81321 Launch - CPAAC to take over? 1. extension by Nicci Crowley on this project 2. Eric did a proposal for the Sunflower Theatre 3. ask Becky in a month 4. ask City in a month 5. Anne Beach and Tess Lynston interested and will reach out to Jodi Jahrling iv. Merryweather mural - ask Chelsea Lundersfor how they are doing that mural RFP - Anne Beachwill b. Everybody Eats Food Festival - Becky Levy i. Holly Tatenall leading committee for food themed events in Cortez in October 1. themes - beans, corn, lambs a. lectures and demos ii. next meeting is 1-3 pm Wednesday at the Cultural Center 1. 7 committee members, perhaps 9 2. TJ to help with branding 3. David Ross helping 5. Old Business: a. Skatepark Mural - per Rachael, some beautification money will go to help with this b. Newsletter - still working on this c. Ordinance Changes - will revisit when we have new members i. Youth member attraction and retainment 1. city to look into stipend to attract youth members d. Mural Contracts - Rachael Marchbanks i. establish and maintain a fund for maintenance and repair purposes possibly through the chamber? e. New member induction - next Tuesday i. Rachael Marchbanksto see if Council can push it to the 23rd? f.
