AGENDA Item #1 – 65 Main Street/NBT Bank – (Peter Griswold)  Window Replacement: o 1st Floor – Replace windows with same color fixed windows o 2nd Floor – Replace existing fixed windows with new double hung windows same as existing color Item #2 – 87 Main Street/Cortland Press & Carbon Copies – (Paul and Betsy Allen)  Building Maintenance o Changing paint colors of building front o Replacing fascia and soffit of overhang o Repainting rear of building. Repainting rear overhang metallic silver Item #3 – 9 N.
