He explained that the material and size will remain as presented at the last meeting. The only difference will be that the “Eat in and Take Out” part of the sign will be removed and placed in the windows in vinyl. It will say “Delivery and Take Out”. This will be placed on the Clinton Ave. and Main St. side of the building. Pat Doyle did mention lighting but nothing is being proposed at this time. The Commission requested that the owners be informed that any lighting needs to come before the Historic Board for approval prior to installation. Pat will make sure they know to come back to the Board when they are ready to address any lighting. The owners cannot afford the free floating letters and would like to use the restaurant name in a 2in x 1in black frame. The colors are the same. A motion was made to approve the second proposal as presented with no plans on any exterior lighting. Any addition of lighting will have to come back to the Board. Motion by: Comm.
