Civil Service Commission Meeting Minutes November 19, 2025 1. CALL TO ORDER Commissioner Nelson called the meeting to order at 8:00 am on November 19, 2025. Council Members present: Kate Cutler, Jeff Nelson, Carol Wood, Chad Hannan, Rod James. Staff present: Jodi Quakenbush, Natalie Bouchama, Mimi Dobson, Tony Clowe and Rich Rodewald. 2. APPROVE AGENDA Kate Cutler and Rod James moved and seconded to approve November 19, 2025 meeting agenda. Unanimous, 5-0 vote. 3. APPROVE MINUTES FROM PRIOR MEETING(S) A. October 29, 2025 Meeting Minutes Chad Hannan and Rod James moved and seconded to approve October 29, 2025 Meeting Minutes. Unanimous, 5-0 vote. 4. APPROVE TESTING PROCEDURES A. Firefighter/Firefighter Paramedic Kate Cutler and Jeff Nelson moved and seconded to approve Testing Procedures for Paramedic. Unanimous, 5-0 vote. B. Electrician/Controls Technician Chad Hannan and Rod James moved and seconded to approve Testing Procedures for Electrician/Controls Technician . Unanimous, 5-0 vote. C. Sport Field Technician Kate Cutler and Carol Wood moved and seconded to approve Testing Procedures for Sport Field Technician . Unanimous, 5-0 vote. 5. CERTIFY ELIGIBILITY LIST A. Crime Scene Investigator I Chad Hannan and Kate Cutler moved and seconded to approve Certifying the Eligibility List for Crime Scene Investigator I. Unanimous, 5-0 vote. B. Equipment Mechanic  Carol Wood and Rod James moved and seconded to approve Certifying the Eligibility List for Equipment Mechanic. Unanimous, 5-0 vote. C. Plant Utility Worker Chad Hannan and Jeff Nelson moved and seconded to approve Certifying the Eligibility List for Plant Utility Worker. Unanimous, 5-0 vote. 6. OTHER BUSINESS 7.
