Head Golf Professional
August was good and we beat our roadmap of 6300 rounds. September is off
to a good start so far. If the weather cooperates, we should hit our roadmap again.
The driving range is doing very well.
Grounds and Greens
This is the wettest year on record with 30.25”. Holes 2 and 7 are the most
troublesome tee boxes. We’re in good shape for leaves but there are 37 pipes
around the property that are not good. They are rotting out, as they have hit their life
expectancy. To replace two 36” pipes on 16 and one other will cost approximately
$100K.

Year to date, were $171K better than last year. Mr. Mead made a motion to
accept the financial report and have it placed on file. Mr. Eberhard seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
Finance Committee Report
The market rate for electric is 8.7 cents until the end of December and then we
can lock in at 11.4 cents for three years from there.
The Cell Tower was discussed, and contact should be made to Bay
Communications, Dan Rosemark and Homeland Towers.

September 20th at 11:30am. An updated list of Committee Assignments will be sent
out to the RPA.

a bid in for the Capital Project of the creeks on 8 & 16. Paving on 13, 2 green to 3
tee, 16 and 17 green to 18 tee will cost around $65K. Two estimates on drainage
repair came in around $92K. Needs to get a third estimate.
