TOWN  of  DANE   BOR  to  Adjourn  &  MONTHLY  BOARD  MEETING   June  7,  2021  @  6:30pm   Dane  Town  Hall-­‐213  W  Main  St.  Dane  WI    53529   Roll  Call:  Dave-­‐Chair,  Rich-­‐Supervisor,  George-­‐Supervisor   Present:  Jana  Nolden-­‐Treasurer,  Angie  Volkman-­‐Clerk,  Kendra  Tutsch-­‐resident,   Jim  Fanta-­‐resident     6:30  pm  Board  of  Review   Call  Meeting  to  Order-­‐Dave  called  meeting  to  order  at  6:35pm   Adjourn  to  a  later  date  once  assessment  is  finished-­‐George  made  a  motion  to  adjourn  to  a  later  date   once  assessment  is  finished  from  SAFEbuilt,  Rich  seconded  the  motion,  motion  carried.   Adjourn   Monthly  Board  Meeting:   1)   Call  Meeting  to  Order-­‐Dave  called  the  meeting  to  order  at  6:35pm   2)   Agenda  Confirmation-­‐agenda  confirmed  with  no  changes.   3)   Minutes  from  previous  meeting  held  on  May  3,  2021-­‐Rich  made  a  motion  to  accept  minutes   from  May  3rd  2021,  George  seconded  the  motion,  motion  carried.   4)   Treasurer’s  report  will  be  presented-­‐George  made  a  motion  to  accept  the  treasurer  report  as   presented/read,  Rich  seconded  the  motion,  motion  carried.   5)   Public  Input-­‐Kendra  Tutsch  was  asking  about  sealing  coating  on  Lee  Rd   6)   Public  Works  Report:    Sealcoating  to  begin  this  week-­‐Scott  Construction  is  starting  the  seal   coating  6/7/2021  or  6/8/2021  for  Krutchen  Road,  ½  Lee  and  double  seal  patches  on  Lee  Rd,   double  seal  on  Bowman  Rd   a.   Discussion  on  truck-­‐2015  F550  Truck  with  Salter  w/dump  box  4x4  and  they  are  asking   $52000   b.   Timeclock-­‐Craig  is  asking  for  a  newer  timeclock.    Angie  to  look  into  that  overtime  on   timecards  need  to  be  approved/initialed.   7)   Recycling  Committee  Report-­‐mowing  looks  nice,  get  posts  up,  Wednesday  have  been  steady   8)   Fire  District  Report-­‐not  too  much,  met  at  Vienna  Town  Hall,  Vienna  didn’t  have  stuff  ready  –  still   waiting.   9)   EMS  Report-­‐Vienna  sent  out  email  Try  Everson  (Dane  County)  numbering  system,  boundaries  –   call  Russel  looks  like  tax  bills  are  updated  with  new  EMS  roads   10)  Discussion  on  solar  farms  and  solar  panels-­‐call  into  Curt,  talk  to  Attorney  that  works  with   municipalities.    Do  a  public  hearing  discussing  solar  farms  and  solar  panels.    Dave  send  feeler  out   to  Dane  County.    11)  Open  Book-­‐SAFEbuilt  sent  out  letter  to  residence  regarding  revalue  and  with  there  info  for   homeowners.   12)  Board  of  Review  Set  Date-­‐BOR  met  6/7/2021  and  adjourned  until  assessment  revaluation  is   complete  this  fall.   13)  Correspondence  to  be  presented-­‐No  Action.   14)  Bills  to  be  paid.  Rich  made  a  motion  to  pay  the  bills,  George  seconded  the  motion,  motion   carried.   15)  Set  next  meeting  date-­‐July  5,  2021.  Confirmed   1)   Convene to Closed Session pursuant to WI State Statutes 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility regarding Town of Dane Personnel. Roll Call-Dave, George and Rich present 2)   Reconvene to Open Session and take action if necessary.
