report
will

5) Public
Input-‐Waunakee
EMS
emailed
regarding
the
Hazard
Mitigation
Plan
and
Rich
is
attending
the
meeting.
6) Public
Works
Report:
Staining
salt
shed
a. Safety
Basket
for
John
Deere-‐Dave
talked
with
Jim
Heimbecker
regarding
a
safety
basket
for
tree
trimming.
Discussion
also
on
staining
the
salt
shed.
Motion
by
Rich,
second
by
George
to
purchase
the
safety
basket
and
get
salt
shed
stained
as
soon
as
possible,
motion
carried.
7) Recycling
Committee
Report-‐going
ok,
Wednesdays
are
still
be
utilized
by
the
residents
8) Fire
District
Report-‐meeting
held
on
Vienna
Town
Hall.
Bills
were
paid,
discussed
contract
from
1961
and
revisions
are
needed.
Village
of
Dane
hasn’t
come
back,
Vienna
came
up
with
a
whole
page
of
revisions
–
take
to
lawyer
then
coming
back
to
discuss.
9) EMS
Report-‐meeting
held
on
6/9/2021.
Waunakee
approved
minutes
and
expenditure
statement.
They
are
working
on
a
“share”
system
due
to
shortage
of
staff
(all
have
the
same
set
of
rules).
10) Jerica
Robinson
Property
on
Crystal
Lake
Road-‐discussion
11) Tom
Lange-‐Zoning.
Work
with
Dane
County
and
come
back
12) Jessica
Schmitt-‐Accessory
Building
and
Zoning-‐table
as
no
one
came
to
meeting
13) Discussion
on
solar
farms
and
solar
panels-‐Renee
from
DCTA
and
is
looking
at
other
area
ordinances.
No
progress,
table
till
next
month.
14) ARPA
Funds
and
Uses
of
Money.
Angie
reported
that
Town
of
Dane
should
be
receiving
$109692.65
of
which
$54846.32
we
will
be
receiving
in
July
and
$54846.32
we
will
be
receiving
in
2022
and
have
till
2024-‐2025
to
spend
according
to
ARPA
rules.
Would
like
to
look
into
Broadband
with
TDS/Frontier.

Book
and
Board
of
Review
Dates-‐nothing
at
this
point.
Revalue
is
in
progress
and
once
that
is
finished
we
will
have
dates
for
OB
and
BOR.
