report
will
be
presented

the
treasurer
report
as
presented
and
read.

5. Public
Input-‐Kendra
mentioned
that
the
public
works
did
a
good
job
mowing
on
Lee
Rd
6. Public
Works
Report-‐Town
of
Dane
hired
Stephen
Schoenberg
as
a
patrolman
with
a
start
date
of
9/29/2021.
Town
is
no
longer
using
Cintas
for
Uniforms
due
to
cost,
allowing
a
clothing
allowance
of
$500.00
and
a
boot
allowance
of
$100.
Motion
made
by
Dave
Rich
Haag,
second
by
George
Dorn
to
approve
clothing
allowances
for
both
patrolmen.

unanimously.
Lodi-‐Springfield
Rd
always
has
water
in
road
–
Dave
spoke
to
Brian
Schmidt
he
will
get
if
off
and
open
culvert
back
up.
Dave
is
going
to
reach
out
regarding
getting
rid
of
the
waste
oil.
Town
received
rebate
check
for
stain
of
$50
which
was
$10/gallon.
Town
of
Dane
is
purchasing
GC
for
Jerry
Petertzon
for
cutting
grass.

Site
is
looking
clean

District
Report-‐Tabling
approval
of
contract
with
updates
until
Village
of
Dane
is
ready

on
solar
farms
and
solar
panels-‐Town
needs
to
look
into
Comprehensive
Plan
16. Discussion
on
Comprehensive
Plan-‐Discussions
occurred
at
the
WTA
discussing
amend
vs.
redo
whole
plan.
Discussed
having
a
special
meeting
with
attorney
regarding
solar
panels
and
solar
farms.
17. ARPA
Funds
and
Uses
of
Money-‐
Angie
continue
to
work
with
other
municipalities.
As
of
now,
a
lot
of
municipalities
waiting
until
after
the
new
year
and
focusing
on
budget
and
property
taxes.
18. Correspondence
to
be
presented-‐received
a
letter
from
Tim’s
Trucking
that
they
were
bought
by
Town
and
Country
Sanitation.
19. Bills
to
be
paid
