NOTICE
that
there
will
be
a
meeting
of
the
Town
Board,
commencing
at
4:45
p.m.
on
Wednesday,
October
13,
2021,
in
the
Town
of
Dane
MUNICIPAL
BUILDING,
213
W
Main
St.,
Dane,
WI
53529.
The
following
is
the
agenda
for
this
meeting,
which
sets
forth
the
subject
matters
to
be
considered.
If
the
agenda
so
indicates,
the
aforesaid
governmental
body
may
convene
into
closed
session
for
the
purpose(s)
indicated
thereon.
Upon
conclusion
of
the
closed
session,
if
any,
the
governmental
body
will
reconvene
into
open
session
for
the
purpose
of
concluding
the
agenda.

The

meeting
to
order-‐Meeting
was
called
to
order
at
4:50pm
by
Dave
Koenig.
2. Mark
Kulow
Driveway
Permit
–
Crystal
Lake
Rd.
Dave
will
forward
concerns
to
Dane
Co
Zoning.
Motion
by
Dave
Koenig,
second
by
George
to
approve
the
driveway
permit
for
Mark
Kulow.
Motion
carried
unanimously.
3. Board
of
Review-‐Motion
by
George
Dorn,
second
by
Rich
Haag
to
make
Dave
Koenig
chair
for
Board
of
Review.
Motion
by
Dave
Koenig,
second
by
Rich
Haag
for
George
Dorn
to
be
Vice
Chair
for
the
Board
of
Review.
Both
Motions
carried
unanimously.
Board
of
Review
met
from
5-‐7pm
with
no
one
to
contest
assessment
4. Adjourn-‐Motion
by

second
by

Haag
to
adjourn.
