Board  Meeting  Minutes   11/1/2021   Present:  Angie  Volkman  (Clerk)  Jana  Nolden  (Treasurer)  Deputy  Sherriff  Jodi  Schneider  Roger  Hartman  (Public)  and   Kendra  Tutsch  (Public)   Board  Present:  Dave  Koenig  (Chair)  George  Dorn  (Supervisor)  and  Rich  Haag  (Supervisor)   The  following  agenda  will  be  followed:   1.   Call  meeting  to  order.    Meeting  was  called  to  order  by  chair  Dave  Koenig  at  630pm.   2.   Agenda  Confirmation.  Agenda  confirmed  with  no  changes.   3.   Minutes  from  previous  meeting-­‐October  4,  2021.    Motion  by  Rich  Haag,  second  by  Geroge  Dorn  to   approved  minutes  from  10/4/2021.    Motion  carried  unanimously.   4.   Minutes  from  Special  Meeting-­‐October  11,  2021.  Motion  by  George  Dorn,  second  by  Rich  Haag  to   approved  minutes  from  Special  Meeting  10/11/2021.  Motion  carried  unanimously.   5.   Treasurer’s  report  will  be  presented.  Motion  by  George  Dorn,  second  by  Rich  Haag  to  approve  the   treasurer  report  as  presented/read.    Motion  carried  unanimously.   6.   Public  Input-­‐No  Action.    Kendra  Tutsch  said  that  Mary  Jane  Clemens  wanted  to  thank  the  Town  for  the  bus   stop  signs.   7.   Public  Works  Report.  Dave  reported  that  they  were  getting  caught  up  so  that  they  can  start  getting  snow   fence  up  in  the  town.    Ditches  are  looking  good  and  need  to  trim  a  few  trees  before  snow  fall.    Both   Patrolmen  are  working  on  getting  COVID  vaccinations.   8.   Recycling  Committee  Report.    Rich  reported  that  the  site  is  looking  good.    Larry  did  have  to  turn  away   from  waste  due  to  we  don’t  accept  what  was  being  dropped  off.    Angie  reported  that  Tim’s  Trucking  is   now  Town  &  Country  Sanitation.    Rich  is  looking  at  a  new  camera  which  is  solar  powered,  $10  a  month  so   it  would  be  a  $480  initial  investment.    Motion  by  Geroge  Dorn,  second  by  Dave  Koenig  to  proceed  with   the  purchase  of  the  new  camera  for  the  Transfer  Site.    Motion  carried  unanimously.   9.   Fire  District  Report.    Dave  reported  that  the  Village  of  Dane  finally  gave  draft  of  which  is  more  workable.     Now  the  Fire  District  needs  to  look  that  over  and  discuss  at  next  meeting.   10.   EMS  Report.    Rich  reported  that  September’s  meeting  was  virtual  and  that  they  ok’d  the  expenditure   statement  and  finalized  the  budget.         11.   Deputy  Schneider,  Jodi  –  Introduction  to  the  Board.    Deputy  Schneider  introduced  herself  and  will  be   present  at  more  of  meetings  with  bringing  calls  for  service  and  will  report.   12.   Hartman-­‐Babler  Rezone.  Motion  by  Geroge  Dorn,  second  by  Rich  Haag  to  approve  the  rezone  with  a   deed  restriction  that  there  will  be  no  opportunity  for  build  on  this  property.    Motion  carried   unanimously.   13.   Budget  Review  for  2022.    Motion  by  Rich  Haag,  second  by  George  Dorn  to  present  2022  budget  at  the   Special  Meeting  on  12/6/2021.    Motion  carried  unanimously.   14.   Discussion  of  Solar  Farms  and  Solar  Panels.  Dave  is  working  with  the  DTA  Assoc.  on  wording  for  solar  and   then  put  into  the  comprehensive  plan.   15.   Set  Special  Meeting  for  2021  Budget  Approval  for  Dec  6,  2021  at  6:30pm.  Confirmed.   16.   Correspondence  to  be  presented.  N/A   17.   Bills  to  be  paid.  Motion  by  Rich  Haag,  second  by  George  Dorn  to  pay  the  bills.  Motion  carried   unanimously.   18.   Set  next  meeting  date  after  Special  Meeting  for  Budget-­‐December  6,  2021.  Confirmed.   19.   Adjourn.  Motion  by  Rich  Haag,  second  by  George  Dorn  to  adjourn.    Motion  carried  unanimously.
