12/6/2021  Minutes   Attendance:  George  Koenig  (Chair),  George  Dorn  (Supervisor  1),  and  Rich  Haag  (Supervisor  2)   Present:  Angie  Volkman  (Clerk),  Jana  Nolden  (Treasurer)  &  Kendra  Tutsch  (public)   Public  Hearing  for  2022  Operating  Budget  –  meeting  called  to  order  at  6:30pm  by  Koenig.   1.   Motion  by  Dorn,  second  by  Haag  to  approve  the  2022  Operating  Budget  to  the  town  board.     Motion  carried  unanimously.   2.   Motion  by  Tutsch,  second  by  Nolden  to  approve  the  2022  levy  based  on  the  2022  operating   budget.    Motion  carried  unanimously.   Town  of  Dane  Monthly  Board  Meeting  immediately  following  Special  Meeting:   1.   Call  meeting  to  order-­‐meeting  called  to  order  by  Koenig  at  6:38pm   2.   Agenda  Confirmation-­‐confirmed  with  no  changes   3.   Minutes  from  previous  meeting-­‐November  1,  2021.  Motion  by  Haag,  second  by  Dorn  to   approve  minutes  from  11/1/2021  meeting.    Motion  carried  unanimously.   4.   Treasurer’s  report  will  be  presented.  Motion  by  Dorn,  second  by  Haag  to  approve  treasurer   report  as  presented  and  read.    Motion  carried  unanimously.   5.   Adopt  2022  Operating  Budget  and  Levy.  Motion  by  Haag,  second  by  Dorn  to  adopt  the  2022   Operating  Budget.    Motion  carried  unanimously.   6.   Public  Input-­‐No  Action   7.   Public  Works  Report-­‐currently  trimming  and  taking  care  of  brush  until  the  snow  flies.       8.   Recycling  Committee  Report-­‐camera  and  plan  purchased.    $10/month  and  will  be  up  and   running  in  a  week  at  transfer  sit.   9.   Fire  District  Report-­‐paid  bills  and  brought  up  operating  agreement  and  Vienna  still  not  settled,   everything  else  is  ok.   10.  EMS  Report-­‐approved  minutes  &  expenditure  statement  as  presented,  3  people  retired.    Still   working  with  IT  and  new  website  partially  up  and  running  and  discussing  user  fees  and  bundle   billing.    Upcoming  EMS  Event:  June  11th  Dane  Cty  Dairy  Breakfast   11.  Appoint  Poll  Workers  for  2022-­‐2023.    Motion  by  Koenig,  second  by  Dorn  to  appoint  poll   workers  for  2022-­‐2023  Election  Year.    Motion  carried  unanimously.  (Haag  abstained)   12.  Election  Dates  for  2022.  2/15/2022,  4/5/2021,  8/19/2022  and  11/8/2022.   13.  Dates  for  Property  Tax  collection  held  at  the  Town  Hall.  12/30/2021,  12/31/2022,  01/29/2022  &   01/31/2022.   14.  Correspondence  to  be  presented-­‐N/A   15.  Bills  to  be  paid.  Motion  by  Haag,  second  by  Dorn  to  pay  the  bills.  Motion  carried  unanimously.   16.  Set  next  meeting  date  January  3,  2022.  Confirmed   17.  Adjourn.  Motion  by  Haag,  second  by  Dorn  to  adjourn.  Motion  carried  unanimously.   Meeting  adjourned  at  7:15pm   Angie  Volkman  -­‐  Clerk
