1/3/2022  Minutes   Attendance:  Dave  Koenig  (Chair),  George  Dorn  (Supervisor  1),  and  Rich  Haag  (Supervisor  2)   Present:  Angie  Volkman  (Clerk),  Jana  Nolden  (Treasurer),  Sydney  &  Paul  Hellenbrand    (public)   MASKS  ARE  REQUIRED   The  following  agenda  will  be  followed:   1.   Call  meeting  to  order-­‐meeting  called  to  order  by  Koenig  at  6:30pm.   2.   Agenda  Confirmation-­‐moving  up  item  #11  to  after  Agenda  Confirmation.   3.   Sydney  Hellenbrand-­‐Driveway  permit  on  Lodi-­‐Springfield  Rd.    Motion  by  Dorn,  second  by  Haag   to  approve  driveway  permit  for  Hellenbrands  on  Lodi-­‐Springfield  Rd.    Motion  carried   unanimously.   4.   Minutes  from  Special  Meeting-­‐December  6,  2021.  Motion  by  Haag,  second  by  Dorn  to  approve   minutes  from  12/6/2021  special  meeting.  Motion  carried  unanimously.   5.   Minutes  from  previous  meeting-­‐December  6,  2021.  Motion  by  Dorn,  second  by  Haag  to   approve  minutes  from  12/6/2021  meeting.    Motion  carried  unanimously.     6.   Treasurer’s  report  will  be  presented.  Motion  by  Dorn,  second  by  Haag  to  approve  treasurer   report  as  presented  and  read.    Motion  carried  unanimously.   7.   Public  Input-­‐No  Action.  N/A   8.   Public  Works  Report.  We  now  have  4  padlocks  for  the  Salt  Shed  as  someone  decided  to   “borrow”  our  salt.   9.   Recycling  Committee  Report.  Problem  with  solar  panel  for  charging  –  should  have  up  tomorrow.   10.  Fire  District  Report.  Paid  bills,  brought  up  report  –  DeForest  still  hasn’t  gotten  together  and   discussed  stipends.   11.  EMS  Report.  Approve  minutes  and  expenditures  statement,  new  rates  for  2022  and  approved   those.    2nd  ambulance  is  still  out  of  service  and  looking  into  separate  EMS  look  (color  of   uniform).   12.  Correspondence  to  be  presented  -­‐No  Action.  N/A   13.  Bills  to  be  paid.  Motion  by  Haag,  second  by  Dorn  to  approve  bills  to  be  paid.  Motion  carried   unanimously.   14.  Set  next  meeting  date-­‐February  7,  2022.   15.  Closed  session:  Motion  by  Koenig,  second  by  Haag  to  go  into  closed  session.  Motion  carried   unanimously.       16.  Convene to Closed Session pursuant to WI State Statutes 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility regarding Town of Dane Personnel. Roll Call - Roll  Call  –  Koenig-­‐here,  Dorn-­‐Here,  and   Haag=Here. 17.  Reconvene to Open Session and take action if necessary. $1/hr raise for both public works workers and Stephan another $1 once CDL is achieved.
