9/19/2022 Special Board Meeting Minutes Board Attendance: Dave Koenig (Chair), George Dorn (Supervisor 1), and Rich Haag (Supervisor 2) Attendance: Angie Volkman (Clerk) 1. Call meeting to order. The special board meeting was called to order at 6:30pm by Dave Koenig. 2. Sealcoating Project. Motion by Rich, second by George to chipseal using Scott Construction on Fellows Rd, Lodi Spring-field Rd, Pertzborn Rd and Lavina Rd. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Adjourn. Motion by George, second by Rich to adjourn the special board meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned 6:52pm.
