5/13/2024 Special Board Meeting 1. Call meeting to order. The Special Board Meeting was called to order at 5pm by Dave Koenig, Town of Dane Chair. 2. Confirmation of posting of Special Meeting. Angie Volkman reported that the meeting was properly posted on 5/11/2024. 3. Agenda Confirmation. Agenda Confirmed with no changes. 4. Work on proposed ordinance for ATV/UTV in the Town of Dane. Worked through Preliminary Ordinance with comparisons to other municipalities. Motion by Dorn, second by Haag to allow Dave to make recommended changes and send the Ordinance to the Town’s Attorney for approval. Motion carried unanimously. 5. Fines for non-compliance of building and driveway permits. Need to speak to the Building Inspector about enforcing fines for non-compliance. Motion by Koenig, second by Haag to move penalties up under Reminders on Ordinance 1002. Motion carried unanimously. 6. Sealcoating of Lavina Rd. Scott’s Construction spoke to Dave and oil is the lowest its been in 5 years. Dave to discuss pricing with Lucas at Scott’s Construction for sealing coating Lavina Rd from Hyslop Rd to Ripp Dr. 7. Get bids on ditch excavation on Buethin Rd., Lee Rd., and Lodi-Springfield Rd. Board wants Dave to get bids and bring the bids back to the June 10th board meeting. 8. Adjourn.
