Town of Dane - Town Caucus Minutes 10am, January 4th, 2025 Attendance: Dave Koenig, Barb Koenig, George Dorn, Rich Haag, Terry Haag, Dennis Kohlmeyer, Nancy & Paul Roth, Bill Wipperfurth, Tim & Nicolle Herbsleb, Barb Taylor, Kendra Tutsch, and Angie Volkman. Meeting called to order @ 10am by Dave Koenig Motion by Barb Koenig, second by Terry Haag to nominate Kendra Tutsch to chair the Town of Dane Caucus meeting. Motion carried. Kendra asked for nominations for Town of Dane Chair which is currently held by Dave Koenig. Motion by Terry Haag, second by Bill Wipperfurth to nominate Dave Koenig for seat of Town of Dane Chair. Motion carried. Kendra asked for nominations for Town of Dane Supervisor 1 which is currently held by George Dorn. Motion by Barb Koenig, second Nancy Roth to nominate George Dorn for seat of Town of Dane Supervisor 1. Motion carried. Motion by Bill Wipperfurth, second by Barb Taylor to nominate Bill Wipperfurth for seat of Town of Dane Supervisor 1. Motion carried. Kendra asked for nomination for Town of Dane Supervisor 2 which is currently held by Rich Haag. Motion by Barb Koenig, second by Barb Taylor to nominate Rich Haag for seat of Town of Dane Supervisor 2. Motion carried. Kendra asked that all 4 candidates please stay and fill out the mandatory forms for the seats Motion by Terry Haag, second by Barb Koenig at 10:05 am to adjourn the Town of Dane Caucus meeting. Motion carried Since the Town had 2 candidates for Supervisor 1, Angie Volkman put both names, George Dorn and Bill Wipperfurth, on sheets of paper to pull order on the ballot. Barb Koenig pulled George Dorn and then Bill Wipperfurth. For April 2025 Election, order on the ballot for Supervisor 1 will be Geroge Dorn and then Bill Wipperfurth, vote for 1.
