CITY OF DARLINGTON BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES
SECOND MEETING
SEPTEMBER 17, 2024
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike McDermott at 2:00 PM. Present at roll
call were: Mayor Mike McDermott, Steve Pickett, Amy Johnson, and Phil Risseeuw. Absent:
None. Also present was: Bruce Gardiner, Gardiner Appraisal Service, the City’s Assessment firm.
Motion by Risseeuw, seconded by Johnson, to adjourn the second meeting of the Board of
Review to November 2024 until the Assessment Roll is completed at 2:12 PM. Motion carried.

BOARD OF REVIEW FOR THE CITY OF
DARLINGTON
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Review for the City of
Darlington will meet in the Council Room at the Darlington Municipal Building, on Tuesday the
17th day of September, 2024 at 2:00 P.M., normally for the purpose of reviewing and examining
the assessment roll of real estate and personal property in said City, and all sworn statements and
valuations of real and personal property therein, and of correcting all errors in said roll, whether
in description of property or otherwise, and to perform such other duties imposed by law.
However, the assessment roll of real estate and personal property has not been finalized, and the
purpose of this meeting is to adjourn the meeting to a future date.
