PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 17, 2025
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike McDermott at 6:45 PM. Present at roll call were:
Dave Roelli, Jeff McCarthy, Fritz Hanewall, and Mike McDermott. Absent: Kyle McCarville and Joe Boll.
Also present were: Cindy Corley, Steve Pickett, Attorney Aaron Stauffacher, Dan Dreessens with Delta 3
Engineering, Inc., Kerry Black, and Amy Johnson.
Motion by Roelli, seconded by McCarthy, that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted.
Motion carried. Motion by McCarthy, seconded by Hanewall, to approve the minutes of the previous
meeting. Motion carried.
Under new business, discussion was held concerning the preliminary plat for the Walnut Ridge
Subdivision. Dan Dreessens attended the meeting to present information and answer questions regarding
the preliminary plat. After discussion and consideration, motion by McCarthy, seconded by Hanewall, to
approve the preliminary plat as presented and recommend approval of the same to the City Council. Motion
carried. John Sonsalla arrived at 6:55 PM.
There being no further business for this meeting, motion by McCarville, seconded by Boll, to
adjourn the meeting at 6:58 PM. Motion carried.

1. Call to order by presiding officer.
2. Roll call.
3. Motion that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted.
4. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting, rectifying mistakes if any exist. (Copy enclosed)
5. Reports, comments, suggestions, and recommendations of citizens present.
6. Unfinished or deferred business from previous Plan Commission meetings.
7. New business. Including but not limited to the introduction of Ordinances and Resolutions.
(a) Discussion and action concerning a preliminary plat for the Walnut Ridge Subdivision.
8. Adjourn the meeting.
