PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 3, 2026
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike McDermott at 6:30 PM. Present at roll call were:
Dave Lindecker, Kyle McCarville, Fritz Hanewall, Phil Risseeuw, Mayor McDermott, and Dave Roelli.
Absent: Joe Boll. Also present were: Kerry Black, Cindy Corley, Steve Pickett, John Sonsalla, and Kim
Winslow.
Motion by Roelli, seconded by Hanewall, that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted.
Motion carried. Motion by Risseeuw, seconded by Hanewall, to approve the minutes of the previous
meeting. Motion carried.
Under Reports, comments, suggestions and recommendations of citizens present – Nothing to
report.
Under unfinished business: Mayor McDermott called to order the Public Hearing for TID No. 8
Amendment No. 2. The Public Hearing was held for TID No. 8 Amendment No. 2, with no questions or
comments from anyone present. A motion was made by Hanewall, seconded by Roelli, to adjourn the
Public Hearing. Voice vote. Motion carried.
Discussion and action were held concerning proposed Plan Commission Resolution 2026-01 – A
Resolution Approving Tax Increment District No. 8 Amendment No. 2. A motion was made by Roelli,
seconded by Risseeuw, to approve Plan Commission Resolution 2026-01 – A Resolution Approving Tax
Increment District No. 8 Amendment No. 2. Voice Vote. Motion carried.
Under new business – Nothing to Report.
There being no further business for this meeting, motion by Roelli, seconded by Hanewall, to
adjourn the meeting at 6:33 PM. Motion carried.
