WATER AND SEWER COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES JUNE 3, 2025 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike McDermott at 6:00 PM. Present at roll call were: Joe Boll, Cindy Corley, Dave Roelli, John Sonsalla, and Steve Pickett. Absent: Kerry Black. Also present were: Mayor Mike McDermott, Jeff McCarthy, and Amy Johnson. Motion by Roelli, seconded by Sonsalla, that the meeting notice and agenda were properly posted. Motion carried. Motion by Roelli, seconded by Boll, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried. Under unfinished business from previous meetings, Jeff McCarthy updated the committee that the North Well will be pulled on June 13, 2025, to finish the repair work. Under new business, discussion was held concerning the 2024 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report on the operation of the Darlington Wastewater Treatment Facility. A copy of the report was included in the agenda packet. Jeff McCarthy attended the meeting to answer any questions. After discussion and consideration, motion by Boll, seconded by Corley, to approve the 2024 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report as presented. Motion carried. Discussion was then held concerning the proposed Resolution 2025-03 Compliance Maintenance Resolution. After discussion and consideration, motion by Boll, seconded by Sonsalla, to recommend to the Council approval of the 2025-03 Compliance Maintenance Resolution as presented. Motion carried.
