IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CITY MANAGER AGENDA REVIEW
MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER:
The Commission and staff went through a test meeting to review and become familiar
with the new Granicus voting software.
2. ROLL CALL – CITY CLERK:
3. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE TO THE FLAG:
A. TEST - Silent invocation and pledge presented by the Mayor.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & AGENDA:
A. TEST - Approval of Mintues.
5. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS/REPORTS:
6. CITY COMMISSION SPECIAL REPORTS:
7. PUBLIC FORUM: - Citizen comments limited to items not on the agenda and
comments on items listed on the agenda will take place after discussion of each
item.
CONSENT AGENDA: All items marked with an * will be considered by one motion
unless removed from the Consent Agenda by a member of the City Commission.
If an item is removed for clarification only, it will be discussed immediately
following action on the Consent Agenda. If an item is removed for further
discussion, it will be discussed under New Business immediately following the
last listed item.

B. Test - Approval of Interlocal Agreement.

The Commission conducted a test meeting to go over the new voting system.
There being no further business the test meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
