Follow up discussion of the FY 2016/2017 General Fund Budget - Robert Clinger, Finance Department (386) 878-8552. Strategic Goal: Maintain a balanced budget, reserves, and investments. Background: In the budget workshop held on July 11, 2016 the City Commission directed staff to conduct a second workshop for another review of the General Fund proposed FY 2016/2017 budget. 5.
