CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 9:06 am. 2. ROLL CALL: Also present: Ron Paradise, Planning & Development Services; Jerry Mayes, City Manager's Office; Jane Shang, City Manager; Kathrine Kyp, Planning and Development Services; Darren Elkind, Paul, Elkind, Branz and Kelton; Kurt Darlington, Southern Development and Joe MacDonald, Southern Development. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & AGENDA: A. Minutes of March 29, 2017. Motion by Member Roland, seconded by Member McGrath, to accept the Minutes of March 29, 2017. Lake Gleason Reserve - Request for Development Order Extension City of Deltona Page 1 Printed on 4/21/2017 Development Review Committee Minutes April 20, 2017 Mr. Elkind spoke on behalf of the Lake Gleason Reserve final plat development order and requested a one year extension of development order approval allowed by code. Mr. MacDonald clarified that the extension begin on June 19, 2017. Motion by Member McGrath, seconded by Member Ruiz, to . The motion carried by the following vote: For: 6 - Member Grosvenor, Member Bowley, Member Roland, Member McGrath, Member Doan and Member Ruiz B. Pre-application meeting - 2810 Howland Blvd. Ms. Piper spoke to the committee regarding the two lots she owns on Howland Blvd. between Bluffview Cir., and Maureen Dr. and two (2) additional lots on Howland Blvd., across from Critter's Pub. She noted that the Howland Blvd., location is appealing to commercial growth and is zoned for it. Discussion amongst all ensued regarding the commercial zoning, acquiring additional land and meeting minimum standards of the zoning code. Chairman Bowley provided Ms. Piper the location to find the City of Deltona's Code of Ordinances. C.
