CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 9:04 am. 2. ROLL CALL: Also present: Kathrine Kyp, Planning and Development Services and Sam Goodwin, Kingdom Hall. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & AGENDA: A. Minutes of March 1, 2018. Motion by Scott McGrath, seconded by Leigh Grosvenor, to approve the Minutes of March 1, 2018. The motion carried by the following vote: For: 7 - Chair Bowley, Member Chavez, Member Grosvenor, Member Mayes, Member McGrath, Member Paradise and Member Roland 4. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS/REPORTS: 5. PUBLIC FORUM: 6. OLD BUSINESS: A. Pre-application meeting - 717 Ft. Smith Blvd. Kingdom Hall Parking. Mr. Goodwin provided a summary of his request. He noted that there is a need for overflow parking at the location with an additional 35-40 parking spaces. Discussion amongst the Committee ensued regarding approving the additional parking. The Committee concurred that 16 additional parking spaces located against the concrete parking lot is acceptable for construction, if stabilized for the weight of emergency vehicles. Any additional parking spaces would need to be applied through submitting a site plan application through the City's Land Development Code, Chapter 75. Chairmen Bowley advisded Mr. Goodwin to coordinate with Public Works for the additional 16 spaces. 7.
