1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am.
2. ROLL CALL:
Also present: ane Shang, City Manager; Dinelia Santana, Planning and Development
Services; Kathrine Kyp, Planning and Development Services; Jenny De Granda, Planning
and Development Services and Sergey Grabar, House Owner Solutions, LLC.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES & AGENDA:
A. Minutes of June 6, 2019.
Motion by Steve Roland, seconded by Scott McGrath, to accept the
Minutes of June 6, 2019. The motion carried by the following vote:
For: 7 - Member Chavez, Member Grosvenor, Member Mayes,
Member McGrath, Member Paradise, Member Roland and
Chair Wallace
4. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS/REPORTS:

A. Pre-application meeting - 1668 N. Normandy Blvd.
Mr. Garbar spoke to the Committee regarding the proposed project at 1668 N. Normandy
Blvd. He stated the plan is to convert the single family residential home into a home office.
Discussion occurred regarding parking requirements, sewer connection, lift station,
sidewalks, stormwater, access management, impact fees and landscape buffer
requirements.
