Minutes of December 3, 2020 Motion by Jerry Mayes, seconded by Leigh Grosvenor, to accept the Minutes of December 3, 2020. The motion carried unanimously. 4. PRESENTATIONS/AWARDS/REPORTS: 5. PUBLIC FORUM: Time permitted, public comment shall be permitted at the end of agenda items only and shall not exceed two minutes. 6. OLD BUSINESS: 7. NEW BUSINESS: A. Site Plan - Halifax Howland Crossings Medical Center Mr. Liu recommended the approval for the 7,805 square feet medical building located at 1615 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The Committee suggested the applicant set up a preconstruction meeting with Ms. Cottingham for an engineering permit. Motion by Ron Paradise, seconded by Jerry Mayes, to approve the Site Plan application for Howland Crossings Medical Center (SP20-0010). The motion carried unanimously. 8. STAFF COMMENTS: 9.
