MEDIA ADVISORY – COUNCIL ATTENDANCE SEPTEMBER 2023 City Council meetings are open for the public to attend and speak in person at meetings inside the Council Room at City Hall, 611 N. Mulberry Rd. Those who wish to speak during the Public Forum may sign up to do so by contacting the City Clerk’s office at 316-788-3132 or via email to CityClerk@DerbyWeb.com. Meetings are broadcast live on Cox Cable Channel 7 and on the City’s website at http://derbyks.com/406/Channel-7. A quorum of members of the City of Derby’s Governing Body may attend the below listed events. Although City business may incidentally come up, no consensus or action will be taken by members of Council outside of the scheduled public meetings of the governing body. Derby City Council Members are scheduled to attend the following: • Private RSVP Breakfast at Derby Historical Museum, Saturday, Sept. 9, 2023 • City of Derby Employee Picnic; Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at High Park.
